Jeremy Blackshaw

Jeremy is a lawyer and heads the Private Equity & Capital Markets Group in Minter Ellison's Melbourne office. A partner of Minter Ellison since 1998, he has more than 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. In addition to his Practice Group responsibilities, Jeremy is a member of Minter Ellison's Partner Selection and Conflicts Committees. Jeremy is a regular presenter on legal issues and is a member of a number of industry and advisory bodies. Having assisted Chunky Move with its legal issues over many years, Jeremy joined the Board in 2007.
